I lead research initiatives by developing plans, conducting interviews, facilitating user interviews, analyzing data, identifying key insights and opportunities, creating deliverables, and facilitating workshops to share findings.

  • By studying and understanding users' needs, behaviors, and motivations through various methods, I use my findings to inform and improve the design and functionality of products or services.

  • With a strong foundation in graphic design, I develop impactful wireframes and components that direct the development of website content and brand consistency across experiences.
